Oath / Core Values
Reset Wellness Oath:
The RESET Wellness Oath At RESET Wellness, we make this promise to every person who walks through our doors: We are committed to offering thoughtful, individualized care based on your unique needs, goals, and circumstances. We recognize that no single approach is right for everyone. If we are not the best fit for you, we will do our best to help guide you toward resources or practitioners that may serve you better. We promise to act with honesty, transparency, and sincerity. We will share what we know, acknowledge what we do not, and continue learning along the way. We will treat other practitioners, providers, and wellness businesses with respect. We believe collaboration and integrity serve our community better than criticism or competition. We understand that we are human. While mistakes may happen, nothing we do is intentional or careless, and we will always take responsibility, listen, and work toward resolution. Above all, we promise to treat you with compassion, respect, and care — because your trust matters, and your health journey deserves to be honored.

Why We Opened Reset Wellness
We opened Reset Wellness because we know what it feels like to be stuck—doing everything you’re told, seeing the “right” professionals, and still not feeling well. After nearly two decades of navigating chronic illness, symptom-based care, and a healthcare system that often manages problems instead of addressing root causes, we realized something important: people need more options. They need support that looks at the whole person—mind, body, and nervous system—not just symptoms.
We also opened Reset Wellness because we are living in the most toxic time period in human history. Our bodies—and our children’s bodies—are under constant attack from environmental toxins, chronic stress, processed foods, disrupted sleep, and nonstop stimulation. The question isn’t if this impacts our health, but how could it not? How are our bodies supposed to keep up without proper support? Reset Wellness was created to be part of that solution. This isn’t about fear or quick fixes. It’s about giving the body the tools it needs to regulate, detox, and recover in a world that places continuous demands on it. Just as importantly, it’s about access. Too often, supportive wellness care is out of reach—financially or logistically—for the people who need it most. We believe simple, supportive treatments should be accessible and affordable, not exclusive or overwhelming.
Reset Wellness offers inexpensive, gentle therapies that can be used consistently— because real change doesn’t happen in one session. It happens when people can return, build routines, and support their health over time without financial strain. We opened Reset Wellness because our community needs a place to slow down. A place to reset. A place where people can step out of survival mode and into restoration.
In a world that constantly pushes “more,” we believe health sometimes starts with less—less stress, less overload, less pressure. At its core, Reset Wellness is about empowerment. Education over fear. Support over judgment. And helping people take an active role in their health journey—at their own pace, with tools that are realistic, attainable, and respectful of individual needs. We may not control everything this modern world throws at us—but we can choose how we support our bodies through it. Reset Wellness was opened to make supportive, affordable wellness care available to everyone.
We can’t eliminate the toxic world we live in—but we can help the body handle it better.
About the Founder
About Diana
Diana Campbell is a certified Health Coach who spent nearly 20 years navigating chronic illness firsthand. Throughout those years, she experienced waves of feeling great—which became her proof that better health was possible and sustainable. The question that drove her forward was simple but powerful: If I can feel good sometimes, why not all the time? After years of working with medical doctors and therapists, Diana found herself stuck on a hamster wheel—managing symptoms without ever addressing the root causes. With limited support and few real answers in the traditional medical system, she turned to natural and holistic approaches in search of lasting wellness—notjustfor herself, but for her family.
Over the past decade, Diana has immersed herself in alternative health education, nervous system regulation, gentle detox practices, and whole-body wellness strategies. Along the way, she naturally became a guide for others—helping friends, family, and community members navigate their own health journeys.
Today, Diana brings that lived experience into her work, offering health coaching and wellness services rooted in what truly helped her heal. Her approach focuses on regulating the nervous system, supporting the body’s natural detox pathways, and building sustainable habits that lead to real, lasting health—not quick fixes or pill-based band-aids, but genuine ways to become a healthier, more grounded version of yourself. Diana is a certified Health Coach with ongoing education in nervous system regulation, detox support, and holistic wellness. Her work is grounded in education, lived experience, and practical tools that empower individuals to take an active role in their health. Her husband, Bo, has been by her side throughout the entire journey—learning, supporting, and advocating every step of the way. In many ways, he has become one of her strongest allies in health and wellness.
Born and raised in Beaver County, Diana and Bo now raise their two children here as well. They are deeply involved in the community, actively participating in local sports, programs, and volunteer efforts. Giving back, showing up, and living with intention are not add-ons to their life—they’re core values. For more than 10 years, Diana has also spent time advocating in Harrisburg and Washington, D.C., pushing for better health options, transparency, and access to testing. That advocacy continues today, driven by a belief that everyone deserves the tools and knowledge to live as fully and clearly as possible. As Diana often says: None of us are getting out of here alive—but that doesn’t mean we can't live our best life while we’re here.
